A new laptop, Satellite U400 is the latest that Toshiba launched recently. This was introduced with the aim make it better in terms of look and mobility. The weight of this laptop is just less than 5 pounds. It comes with a cool silvery finish making it a crowd puller for sure.

Toshiba is planning to launch their new range of laptops, satellite and satellite pro laptops. They are planning to launch it around the third quarter of 2008.
This new Toshiba Satellite laptop comes in a black colored glossy finish and is extremely thin. It has the textured palm rest, metallic mouse, and touch sensitive buttons with LED lightning.
It will be fitted with either AMD or Intel processors. For high end users they have loaded these laptops with ATI Mobility Radeon graphics technology. Apart from this it will be preloaded with high-speed DVD writer. The operating system for this laptop would Windows Vista but there is an option of even having only Windows XP instead of Vista..
Toshiba’s TruBrite display is the other specialty of this laptop. The hard drives comes up to the size of 640 GB. It has some extra special Dolby surround speakers by Harmon Kardon.
It is also will be fitted with in-built microphone and webcam. It also has a first of its kind feature known as USB sleep n charge, where you could actually charge using USB at times when the laptops are put up in sleep mode. It also comes up with a 15.4, 13.3 and 17 inch Satellites. Now, everyone should be expecting on when they are going to actually launch these with such cool features.
