Hence with the help of the law enforcers on that particular city, you can pin down the person who is using your laptop. The main drawback of this software is that it can be retrieved only if the user connects to the web, if not it is not at all possible to retrieve it. Another drawback is that it is being sold at INR 3000 at this moment, which is a bit higher priced. The laptop manufacturers should try and build similar software on their own and should giveaway it as free along with the laptop that they sell to benefit the end-users, I guess this will happen sooner than later.
